Only people you've already talked toYou don't have a lead problem.
The clients you almost closed are still in your LinkedIn inbox.
Reconnect finds the proposals, meetings, and warm conversations that went quiet, and reopens them using your actual shared history. Without cold outreach. Without starting from scratch.
38conversations that went quiet found in your inbox. This week: 3 reopened in your voice.
Went quiet
David, CFO at Helix, was taking your $14,000 proposal to the board in May. Then silence. This week he posted about Helix's 2027 plans.
✓ Message sent, in your voice:"David, I saw your post about Helix's 2027 plans. In May you were taking our proposal to the board. Is it still on the table, or have priorities changed?"↩ He replied on Thursday:"It is still on the table. Can we talk on Monday?"
Your promise
In September you told Laura you'd share how other teams handle onboarding, and never followed up. This week she welcomed three new hires.
✓ Message sent, in your voice:"Laura, congratulations on the three new hires. In September we talked about onboarding and I never followed up. What's your biggest challenge with this group?"
Went quiet
Carlos, founder of Nubia, asked for a quote in June and said he would talk it over with his partner. Last week he posted that Nubia opened a new office.
✓ Message sent, in your voice:"Carlos, congratulations on the new office. In June you were going to talk the project over with your partner. Is it still on, or has the plan changed?"

Why it works
Same person. Two messages.
A generic message forces the other person to rebuild the relationship. A message that comes from a real history between you lets you pick up the thread naturally. That's why every Reconnect message starts from something true: your last conversation, their words or a new milestone.
Typical automation
"Hi, it's been a while since we last talked. I wanted to tell you about our services."
Forces them to rebuild the relationship from scratch.
Reconnect
"James, congratulations on the COO seat. Last time we spoke, in March, you told me it was your two-year goal. How are the first weeks going?"
Builds on the goal he shared with you in March.
What we find
Your network is your best pipeline. Give it the attention it deserves.
Every weekday, Reconnect starts with the conversations that went quiet and reopens them in your voice, always with people you've already talked to. Once those are done, it keeps new conversations from going cold. Everything else is extra, and optional.
Buried conversations
Buyers who went quiet after a proposal or a first call
We read your past threads to find the people who showed real interest and then went silent. Each one gets a re-opener that picks up exactly where you left it.
Example"David, I saw your post about Helix's 2027 plans. In May you were taking our proposal to the board. Is it still on the table, or have priorities changed?"
Promises
Promises left hanging, picked up
When someone said they would send you something, or you told them “I'll get back to you” and it got buried, Reconnect picks it up from your own words, with its context. No pressure, and nothing you haven't got ready.
ExampleJordi promised you a brief in September. Nothing since. Reconnect asks him if it is still on.
Career moves & past clients
Back in touch for a real reason
When someone you have talked to or worked with takes a new role, opens a new office or has news, your message goes out that day and starts from what you did together.
ExampleJames became COO on Monday; in March he told you that was his goal. Helix, a client from 2024, just opened a second office.
Inbox triage
New messages sorted by commercial intent
Replies answered in your voice the same morning. Pricing, complaints and commitments come to you, with the full history summarized.
ExampleTom asked about your rates. Left for you, with his thread in two lines.
Examples of what Reconnect does
You tell us once. Every day, week or month, it's done.
Pick your world. Each example shows what you ask, what we do on our own, what we leave for you and how we know what we know.
You spent years building a premier network. It's time to let it work for you, without burning your reputation on cold DMs.
These examples are included in Inbox & Network · $69/mo (reopening) and Authority & CEO Radar · $149/mo (Monday Radar)
Every day
Every rep's replies, handled the same day
You tell us once
"Each morning, answer the easy replies in each rep's voice. Anything about price or terms goes to the rep."
What you get
14 replies across 3 reps. 9 answered, 3 handed to the right rep, 2 closed politely.
Answered for Paul: a buyer said she'd review the proposal. "Great, Elena. If a question comes up while you read it, just send it over."
Left for Nora: a prospect asked for a discount for a 2-year deal. Terms are hers to decide.
How we know: each rep's past conversation with that person is read before replying, so nobody repeats themselves.
Every week
The Friday page for Monday's meeting
You tell us once
"Every Friday: activity per rep, which messages got answers and which objections came up. One page."
What you get
212 messages, 38 replies (18%). Questions about their work: 29%. Company intros: 7%.
Per rep: Paul 27%, Nora 26%, Dan 0 of 9. His openers pitch first; Nora's two best openers are attached for him.
No double pitch: before writing to Helix's Head of Ops for Paul, we checked the team's inboxes. Dan spoke with her in September and she said "after Q1". Paul's message is on hold until you decide who leads.
How we know: every rep connected their own account, so we read each thread (and its replies) before writing anything new.
Every month
The real objections, with the answers that work
You tell us once
"Once a month, group the objections from our conversations and show me the best reply to each."
What you get
24 objections in 3 groups, each with the reply that kept the conversation alive.
"We already work with someone" (11): best reply, by Nora. "Perfect. What do you like least about what you have now?"
"No budget until Q1" (7): 5 of them asked to talk again in January. Reminders are set.
For your team meeting: "Send me some info" (6) usually means no. Worth deciding together how to answer it.
Every week
Deals that went quiet, reopened
You tell us once
"When someone asked for a proposal and then went quiet, reopen the conversation with something real. Never my current clients."
What you get
6 conversations went quiet after a proposal or a first call. 2 reopened this week, 1 has already replied.
Sent to Pablo:"Pablo, in April you were comparing our proposal with another option. Is the decision made, or still open?"
Replied the next day:"Not closed yet, Q3 got complicated. Do you have 10 minutes on Friday?"
How we know: in April he asked for pricing and said he would decide with his board. No reply until now. The last message was yours.
Skipped: Elena, whose last message was a complaint about a delivery. Not the moment for a sales message.
Every month
Past clients who have grown, reopened
You tell us once
"Look at clients whose project ended a while ago. When one of them grows or changes, write to them with something true."
What you get
3 past clients with news this month. 1 reopened this week, no reply yet.
Sent to Marta, no reply yet:"Marta, we closed the sales project with your team in 2024. I saw you're opening a second office in Valencia. Who is leading the commercial side there?"
How we know: her post last week announced the new office. The project ended in 2024 and the last message was yours.
Skipped: Joan, who left his company last month. Not the moment to talk about a project.
Every Monday
The Monday Radar: what happened around you
You tell us once
"Every Monday, tell me who mentioned me or my company and what is moving in my sector. Nothing posted in my name."
What you get
4 mentions of you or your company this week. 1 is worth your reply today.
Found: Marc, a founder you met in 2023, recommended your workshop in a post. A trade newsletter also quoted your company.
Left for you: thank Marc. A short thank-you from you lands better than one written for you.
How we know: every Monday at 8:00 we check public posts that mention your name or your company and match them with the people in your inbox.
Every week
Conversations that went quiet, reopened
You tell us once
"When someone asked about working with me and then went quiet, reopen the conversation. No pressure."
What you get
9 conversations went quiet after a first call or a proposal. 3 reopened today.
Sent to Ana:"Ana, in June you were deciding whether to start the leadership program in September. Is it still on your mind, or has the plan changed?"
How we know: in June she asked about your program and said she would decide after the summer. Four months later, no reply.
Skipped: a contact who wrote about a recent loss. Not the moment for a message.
Every week
Former clients, back in touch for a real reason
You tell us once
"Reconnect with former clients and good contacts when something real happens. Never my current clients."
What you get
5 former clients had news this week. 3 messages sent, each with a true reason.
Sent to James:"Congrats on the COO role, James! Last time we spoke you were aiming for exactly this. How are the first weeks going?"
How we know: James changed his title to COO at Helix on Monday. In your conversation in March he told you he wanted "the COO seat within two years".
Not contacted: Clara, because she's on your "current clients" list.
Every month
Your month on LinkedIn, in results
You tell us once
"At the end of each month, show me what changed. In results, not in activity."
What you get
About 11 hours back. 23 relationships reopened. 9 people wrote back after months of silence.
96% of replies answered the same morning, against 4 days on average before.
Best opener of the month: asking about a change they had posted. 4 of the 9 who wrote back came from it.
Your move: 3 people asked to talk. They're waiting for your proposal of a time.
Every day
Candidate replies, sorted the same day
You tell us once
"Sort candidate replies. Answer the simple ones, tell me who's really interested."
What you get
14 replies: 5 interested, 6 "not now", 3 not a fit, answered kindly.
Interested: 5 profiles with availability and, if they gave it, salary range. Ready for your call.
"Not now": each one gets a date to follow up. Sergio said "after summer", so his is September 1.
Left for you: a candidate asked about the client's name. Confidentiality is your call.
Every week
Hiring managers who went quiet, followed up
You tell us once
"If a hiring manager stops replying, follow up once, picking up exactly where we left it."
What you get
4 quiet threads. 4 follow-ups that continue the conversation.
Sent to Sarah:"Hi Sarah, you mentioned the second backend role might open after Q3 planning. Did it get the green light?"
How we know: she wrote it in your last exchange, 19 days ago. You sent the last message.
Every month
Placed candidates, remembered at the right time
You tell us once
"Check in with people I placed a year ago or more. They're my next clients and referrals."
What you get
6 people you placed reached 1 year in their role. 6 personal check-ins sent.
Sent to Marc:"A year already at Nexa, Marc! How is the team you were building? If you're hiring again, I'd love to help."
How we know: his profile shows the start date, and your thread confirms you placed him.

Your Opportunity Map
Before day 3 of your trial, you get a ranked list of the conversations that went quiet in the last 12 to 18 months: proposals, first calls and promises that got buried, sorted by commercial intent, each with a real reason to reopen it. Nothing is sent until you say so: reply OK to start, or tell us who to leave out. If there is nothing worth reopening, you cancel before day 8 and pay nothing.
Before day 3
Step 3 · us
Then it runs on its own
We learn your voice from your own conversations and leave out everyone you asked us to. The examples you chose run every weekday in your time zone, always within the daily limits we keep for safety and trust.
Every weekday
We start gently on purpose. Your Opportunity Map arrives before day 3. When you reply OK, the first messages go out at a gentle pace, up to 5 a day, so you see how your own network reacts before your first payment. Then up to 10, 20 and finally 30 messages a day, a pace you could keep up yourself.

The method behind your account
A professional relationship deserves the same respect online as it does face to face. For 18 years I've helped professionals and founders communicate their value without pressure: I run Sales Pitch and Elevator Pitch workshops and wrote Magnetic Selling, a book on ethical, non-manipulative B2B sales. That same judgment is built into the playbook your account runs on.
When I design an account, I combine my experience as a sales coach and a people coach with the context between you and each contact. Every message follows the same guidelines:
Only your contacts, in your voice. Every message builds on your shared history, your context and your professional goals.
Human pace, with conservative daily limits.
Something real in every message: their words, your history or a new milestone. Never a template.
Natural, never pushy. Each message is written to put the other person at ease: real interest in them, something useful to add, no pressure. If there is a fit, a conversation about working together can follow over time.
Pricing, complaints and commitments always come to you.
These are recommendations about Sergi's sales coaching and methodology, which informs how Reconnect writes. They are not results of Reconnect.
"Sergi defined the right methodology for our sales strategy. His eye for detail and his boldness to spot what matters accelerated our sales: we doubled the previous month's sales in just two weeks."
Iris San MartínCEO, FormalDocs
"Thanks to his techniques, the way we sell is now much more efficient, resulting in more clients. The best part is how practical he is, and his enormous capacity to listen."
Sergio EsteveCo-founder, Bigle Legal
"His approach helped us understand our clients' real and immediate needs and close sales in a more natural way, without selling."

How is this different from an outreach tool?+
Outreach tools are built to send volume to strangers. Reconnect works the other way round: relevance, context and warmth over volume. It only writes to people you've already talked to, finds a true reason to talk and writes one message at a time. And it's done for you: there's nothing to set up, write or monitor.
Do I need to set up anything technical?+
TechnicalNo. You click a link, add a browser extension and press Connect. That's about three minutes, once. The AI, the instructions, the daily schedules, the limits and the monitoring are set up and maintained by us.
Does my computer need to stay on?+
TechnicalNo. Once connected, everything runs on our side every weekday, with your computer off or your laptop closed.
Do I need my own AI subscription or any software?+
TechnicalNo. Everything that runs your account is included in the price. You only need your LinkedIn account.
Do I have to share my password?+
TechnicalNever. The extension uses your existing LinkedIn session. If you remove it, access stops. More on how we protect your session.
What do you read in my inbox?+
We read your conversations so every message knows what was said before and so we can find the opportunities in them. It's used only to run your account and is never shared with other clients.
Can I keep my current clients or specific people out of it?+
Yes. If there are clients or people you don't want Reconnect to deal with, you upload a file with their LinkedIn profile URLs in the setup form, and Reconnect will never start a conversation with them. You can add more at any time by sending us another file or URL. The same goes for confidential contacts or topics: Reconnect never opens or acts on those conversations. Key accounts go on the same list.
Will the messages sound like me?+
Yes. Before writing anything, we read how you write in your own past conversations: how formal you are, how long your messages are, how you open and close. Every message follows that. If there is something you would never say, tell us in the setup form.
Do I approve every message?+
Not message by message, that would bring the work back to you. You approve once: when your Opportunity Map arrives, you reply OK to start, or tell us who to leave out. After that, Reconnect acts within the limits you set and tells you what it did in your summary. Pricing, complaints, commitments and anything unclear are never answered automatically: they come to you in your summary. You can stop everything at any time by removing the extension: access stops.
Can you stop two of my reps from pitching the same buyer?+
For everything Reconnect writes, yes. Before writing to someone for one rep, we check whether anyone else on the team has already talked to that person. If so, our message waits and you decide who leads. What a rep types by hand on LinkedIn can't be blocked, but those overlaps show up in your Friday page.
How many messages will be sent each day?+
Up to 30, and fewer at the start. Nothing is sent before your Opportunity Map, which arrives before day 3, and your OK. Then up to 5 a day for the first days, up to 10 in week 2, up to 20 in week 3 and up to 30 after that. If there's no one worth writing to, fewer or none are sent.
Do you send connection invitations?+
Not by default. Reconnect only writes to people you've already talked to. If you also want it to invite new people who clearly fit your market, or to reply to people who comment on your posts, you can switch that on in the setup form. Otherwise it stays off. When on, invitations are never more than 5 a day, and we only write to someone once they accept.
Can LinkedIn restrict my account?+
As with any tool that works on LinkedIn, there is no absolute guarantee: LinkedIn's rules don't allow third-party tools, so a restriction is always possible. To keep the risk low, we use conservative daily limits, start gently and write to your contacts at a human pace. Your account connects from its own address, normally in your country, and only works on weekdays, during office hours. Accounts with a long history are the best fit, which is why we don't accept brand-new or barely used ones. Reconnect is not affiliated with LinkedIn. More on how we protect your session.
Will it work for me?+
Reconnect works best if you have around 20 or more business conversations on LinkedIn from the last 12 to 18 months: proposals, first calls, promises. If your history is thin, your Opportunity Map will be short, and you can cancel before day 8 without paying. If your account is brand new, it is better to wait.
How does the free trial work?+
You choose a plan and enter your card. The first 7 days are free and your first payment is taken on day 8, only if you haven't cancelled. Within 24 hours you get the instructions to connect, and your Opportunity Map arrives before day 3 and, once you reply OK, your first messages start, so you see what Reconnect finds and how your network reacts before you pay anything: the conversations that went quiet and are worth reopening. If there are none, cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel?+
Anytime, from your billing portal with the email you used to subscribe. Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing. After that, billing is monthly with no contract and the service runs until the end of the month you paid for.
7 days free
