Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These terms govern your use of Connect, a done-for-you LinkedIn service operated by ASHALUM LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of New Mexico (USA), with its principal place of business at 407 Lincoln Road, Suite 12N, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA. By starting a trial or subscription you accept them.

1. The service

Connect reads your LinkedIn activity and acts on your behalf within the limits agreed with you: it answers replies, writes to your existing contacts when there is a real reason, prepares summaries and, depending on your plan, reports and posts. Pricing, complaints, commitments and anything unclear are passed to you rather than answered.

2. Your account and your authorization

3. LinkedIn and account risk

Connect is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by LinkedIn. LinkedIn's own terms restrict automated tools. We work at a human pace with conservative limits, but we cannot guarantee that LinkedIn will never restrict an account. By using Connect you accept that risk. We do not accept brand-new accounts or accounts with recent LinkedIn warnings.

4. Free trial, billing and cancellation

5. What Connect does not do

Connect does not send mass cold messages, negotiate prices, close deals or make commitments in your name. We may decline to send any message we believe could harm you, your contacts or your account.

6. Results

Examples on our website are illustrative. We do not guarantee a number of replies, meetings or sales. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

7. Ending the service

Either side can end the service at any time. When it ends we disconnect your account and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Your contacts' data

When Connect handles the personal data of your LinkedIn contacts, it does so on your behalf and following your instructions (the rules you set at kickoff). These terms are our data processing agreement: no separate contract is needed. In particular, we:

You are responsible for using your own network lawfully and for the instructions you give us.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Connect for spam, harassment, deceptive messages, unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend the service if we detect such use.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell active clients by email before changes take effect. Questions: coach@sergimora.com.
