Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026Connect reads private LinkedIn conversations to do its job, so we want to be precise about what we access, why, who helps us and how long we keep it.
Who is responsible
Connect is operated by ASHALUM LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of New Mexico (USA), with its principal place of business at 407 Lincoln Road, Suite 12N, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA. For anything related to your data, write to coach@sergimora.com.
What we access
- Your account details: name, email, LinkedIn profile URL and plan. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
- Your LinkedIn data, through the connection you authorize: your profile, connections, conversations, posts, comments and reactions, and the actions taken on your behalf.
- What you tell us at kickoff: your tone of voice, goals, ideal clients and the people who must never be contacted.
- Service records: the summaries, notes and activity logs needed to run your account.
Why we use it
Only to provide the service you subscribed to: understanding context before writing, finding opportunities in your network, sending messages within your rules and reporting back to you. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you. Your contacts' data is processed on your behalf and on your instructions; the terms of that processing are part of our Terms of Service, so no separate agreement is needed.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or share it with other clients.
Who helps us
- A payment processor (Stripe) for billing.
- A LinkedIn-connection infrastructure provider that keeps your session encrypted, hosted in the European Union (Belgium).
- An AI model provider that processes the text needed to read conversations and draft messages.
- An email provider to send you summaries.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on providers that offer recognized safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
While your subscription is active. When you cancel, we disconnect your account and delete your LinkedIn data, notes and summaries within 30 days, sooner if you ask. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to coach@sergimora.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
